Fellow Guidelines

The Fellow level is intended for practitioners who have achieved both Associate and Clinical certification and are interested in training future Orton-Gillingham practitioners.

Fellow training prepares practitioners to design and deliver Orton-Gillingham training courses at all certification levels and to supervise and mentor trainees. The Fellow-in-Training program provides coursework, practicum experiences, and mentorship designed to prepare practitioners to train future Orton-Gillingham teachers.

Candidates must hold Clinical certification and demonstrate experience working with learners of different ages and learning profiles. Fellow certification requires advanced coursework, supervised practicum, and participation in Academy training programs.
